Forensic Consulting Group seeks seasoned Senior Digital Forensics Examiner to manage an established lab.  This is a great opportunity to join a growing global organization providing a full suite of forensics consulting, information governance, eDiscovery and other legal services to law firms and corporations around the world

Responsibilities

  • Oversee entire lab caseload while acting as an expert consultant to clients
  • Manage multiple projects from onset to conclusion, scoping, workflow management, perform forensically sound collections, execute data handoffs team to members
  • Provide testimony (depositions) regarding managed projects and collections 
  • Generate high quality reports on findings as needed
  • Manage evidence documentation and chain-of-custody
  • Maintain high quality project notes and documentation
  • Set project pricing and coordinate monthly billing
  • Candidates may expect work-related travel requirements and a varying work schedule
  • Run day to day operations in lab, ensure proper equipment and adequate staff are in place at all times
  • Delegate responsibilities to appropriate team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Forensics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Management of Information Systems
  • At least 5 years of direct forensics experience
  • Knowledge of software including but not limited to FTK, EnCase, Cellebrite, Nuix
  • Experience identifying, preserving, and analyzing data from a variety of devices and locations including desktops, laptops, servers, tapes, mobile devices, email, and cloud services
  • Proficiency with Linux, MS, and Apple operating systems as well as knowledge of various network environments and network administration
  • Knowledge of programming languages including but not limited to Python, Pearl C#, Java, Bash scripting, and PHP

Desired Skills

  • Master of Science in related field
  • Forensics certifications
  • Experience providing depositions/testimony based on analyzed data

Business Development Manager – Washington, DC

Worldwide provider of premium court reporting, videography, transcription, interpretation, and other trial services to the world’s largest law firms. The sales executive will develop new business in any location (US or overseas) from their assigned location. A minimum of 2 years of legal sales experience is required to be consider for this role.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Develop new business within large law firms handling large scale litigation matters
• Implement high quality, personalized marketing campaigns developed to foster long term relationships with individual clients
• Occasional overnight travel to client locations
• Confirm cases with clients and remain as a primary point of contact at all times
• Influence key decision makers via high quality sales presentations

Responsibilities:  Our client develops, owns, and operates communications wireless infrastructure facilities primarily for the wireless and broadcast industries. The company is a leader in its market.  This individual will be responsible for corporate documents administration, antenna site documentation, and contract administration. They will also perform all related administrative support to the legal department as needed.

DESCRIPTION

  • Processes all business qualifications, maintain business qualification/registered agent trackers, and maintain annual reports and report calendar
  • Process all company certificate of insurance requests, update files with new certificates, maintain all insurance endorsements in One Vizion
  • Process and maintain customer related certificates of insurance, create new site files, and update all corporate files and corporate related closing binders
  • Record site documentation and contract administration duties, perform back up/overflow administrative support as needed
  • Efficiently maintain the company’s business qualifications database  
  • Maintain accurate calendar of required annual reports for business qualifications and required licenses, work with business partners to ensure timely filing of all annual reports
  • Creates new site files for all new sites (due to new acquisitions or development approvals), prepare and update quarterly insurance endorsement and surety reports, and request/obtain any necessary certificates of insurance utilizing brokers
  • Update and maintain corporate files for corporate agreements, minute books, corporate closing binders, index of terminated files, non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements 
  • Works with legal team to provide any supporting administrative assistance as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience                   
  • Transactional paralegal experience a plus
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Required advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
